JEFFREY ALLEN MARSH

Jeffrey Allen Marsh is the founder of Spotlight Direct™. He has fifteen (15) years experience working in print advertising and marketing design. Jeff grew up in Colerain Township and has lived in Cincinnati all his life. He graduated from Northwest High School and moved on to Raymond Walters College, earning an Associate's degree in Communication Design. Jeff started drawing at the age of five and has never lost the passion for the arts. He began his design career at Minute Man Press in Sharonville back in 1995. He managed tasks from typesetting to bindery. Once Jeff graduated from U.C. in 1999, he moved forward with his graphic design career, working for a few print shops in the Cincinnati area. He began his career with Reach USA in the year 2000. The year his son was born. Jeff has held many roles within Reach USA, including graphic artist, team leader, field graphics, franchise artist, art director, senior designer and web developer. Jeff founded Spotlight Direct™ in April 2005. His passion and desire to help small to medium size businesses grow digitally via his interactive design skills was the first taste of business success. Jeff has continued to grow Spotlight Direct™ every year. His client base continues to grow and he continues to provide state-of-the-art internet marketing and design from print to web for all size businesses. Although he is based in Cincinnati, Jeff has worked with businesses and professionals across America via the internet. RACHELLE LASCO

Rachelle Lasco has been with Spotlight Direct™ since March 2009. She has five (5) years experience working in interactive media. Rachelle is from Michigan and grew up in Lexington, KY. She holds two Associate's degrees in graphic design and interactive media. She has worked for a few web design companies in Cincinnati before Spotlight Direct™. Rachelle had a successful photography business and continues her entrepreneur spirit.
