The Spotlight Direct process is made as simple as possible to create a seamless transition from Customer to Client to Loyalty. We will ask you a few questions to learn more about your business. We then setup a meeting to go over the estimated quote for the project and discuss details of your project.
• Stage 2: An agreement is reached with a signed contract. Services begin and are fulfilled within the time frame of the contract. Ongoing proofing/reporting throughout the entire process. The completion of your project on or before the agreed completion date on contract with payment.
• Stage 3: All files/services are delivered in the appropriate medium for the project. All our work is guaranteed with online support. Continued services may be purchased if not included within original contract.
